Through continuous monitoring and in-depth analysis, the MEL Unit examines the full spectrum of a school’s wellbeing ecosystem, from student engagement and emotional balance to teaching practices and leadership effectiveness. In addition to measuring impact, the MEL Unit conducts comprehensive Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to pinpoint professional development priorities for teachers and school leaders. These assessments allow us to recommend and design targeted training programs that strengthen the skills, confidence, and wellbeing of educators.
Based on TNA findings, Obelus can deliver customized training solutions and/or provide access to ready-made accredited courses, delivered either online, face-to-face, or blended, through our esteemed partners, the University of Buckingham and Gatehouse Awards. Through these collaborations, educators have the opportunity to earn official certificates and internationally recognized qualifications, enhancing their professional growth and credibility.
